Thank you for shopping at Arna's Silver. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at the checkout page based on your location and chosen delivery speed.

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-4 business days.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics issues, weather conditions, or remote area locations.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email/SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package via our logistics partner's website.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services for most pincodes. To ensure a smooth delivery and prevent fraudulent orders, our team may call or message you to confirm the order before dispatch. Please ensure the contact details provided are accurate.

5. Damaged Goods & Unboxing Video

Arna's Silver ensures premium packaging for all 925 Sterling Silver items. However, to protect your purchase:

  • Mandatory: Customers are required to record a clear unboxing video starting from the sealed package until the product is revealed.

  • If you receive a damaged product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery at arnasilvers@gmail.com along with the unboxing video. Without a video, claims for transit damage cannot be processed.

6. Incorrect Address

Arna's Silver is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for re-dispatching the order.
